Privacy

SuperAgent stores what you give it: your Google name and email, your organisations, the agents you build, the documents you upload, the memories you write, and the transcripts and answers of your sessions. Each organisation's data lives in its own isolated store.

Audio

Audio segments are sent to a transcription provider (Sarvam AI or Groq) and are not stored by us after the transcript is returned. Transcripts and answers are kept in your session history until you delete the thread or the organisation.

Vault

Vault records are encrypted in your browser with a master password we never receive. We cannot read or recover them.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay; we keep the order reference, the amount and the invoice number, never card details.

Deletion

An owner may delete an organisation from Settings → Danger zone. Its data is purged after a 7-day cooling-off period.
