Plans and tokens

Plans are yearly and paid in advance. Tokens granted by a plan or a top-up are consumed by every model call at the rates shown on the pricing page; those rates may change, and the change applies to calls made after it. Unused tokens are not refundable.

Acceptable use

Record and transcribe only conversations you are permitted to record under the laws that apply to you and the other participants.

Availability

The service depends on third-party model providers and is offered without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
